It utilizes a centralized database to extract product data to configure any Barcode Readers, Printers and Vision Systems on labeling lines and eliminates the risk of operator error. While the lines are in operation this system processes Barcodes in Real Time, up to 3000 units/Min, while calculating statistical information for each line. Wrong barcodes read are time stamped and logged to a Historical Database.
