The system is being used by companies to eliminate the possibility of mislabeled products reaching consumers. It utilizes a centralized database to extract product data to configure any type Barcode Readers, Printers and Vision Systems on labeling lines and eliminates the risk of operator error. While the lines are in operation the system processes Barcodes in Real Time, up to 3000 Barcodes/Min, and calculates statistical information for each line. Wrong barcodes read are time stamped and logged to an Historical Database.
